The links appear on
the HOME page and
EVERY single blog post of the site - meaning that you
have the opportunity to get a backlink from each and

That's pretty
good stuff for
one little link. Add to that, some of the Blog Rolls are
on Blogs with high Page Rank. That makes it an awesome
backlinks

Some blogs already have
hundreds of pages indexed. Some have very few. If you
are going for quantity - go with a PR of 0. All of these blogs have at
least 100 posts. Some upwards of 1000. We add 5-7 posts
per day to each blog. At the very least there are 150
posts created every month, for each blog.
If you are
going for quality go with a Blog with a Page Rank of 1
to 5. While these have less posts they are on High PR
home pages making them extremely valuable.
