RSS FEEDS

Make it easy for others to follow your activities and to potentially add your content to their site. Do that by creating an RSS Feed. Then we will use FriendFeed to list all the feeds that we create or reference our material. Finally we will add our FriendFeed to our Squidoo Lens
1	If you do not already have one, create an RSS Feed with FeedYes
2	Add your RSS Feed to Friend Feed
3	Any pages that you publish on (i.e. EzineArticles) that have an RSS feed should be added to Friend Feed
4	Use RSS Submit to submit your RSS Feeds to RSS directories
5	Add your Friend Feed button to your Squidoo Lens and any other sites where you are allow to add a feed
