The idea is to
create a content page on other sites and insert a link
back to your main site using your keyword phrase in the
anchor text. You will benefit from both the
organic traffic from the remote site as well as
the backlink. Write
an article of approximately 300-400 words on
your primary keyword phrase and create 12
variations of that article using an article
spinner.
Make each
variation at least 30% different than the
original. You do this
so as to avoid submitting duplicate content.

Submit your
articles to the sites below. Ideally, you would
then repeat the process by writing new articles
(with 12 variations) based on an additional 5 or 6 secondary
